There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act— $150,000,000 for fiscal year 2021, to remain available until expended; $125,000,000 for fiscal year 2022, to remain available until expended; $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2023, to remain available until expended; $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended; and $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended. The Administrator may use for the administration of this Act such funds as the Administrator determines necessary for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
