Not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall enter into a contract with a nationally recognized educational evaluation institution or organization to provide an evaluation of the Pilot Program, which shall be completed not later than one year after the completion of the third school year of the Pilot Program. Such evaluation shall review the effectiveness of evidence-based early reading assistance programs for students with risk factors for early reading deficiencies and dyslexia. The Secretary shall make available to the public on the website of the Department of Education the results of the evaluation carried out under subsection
(a).
