Section 423(a) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 11383(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Facilitating and coordinating activities to ensure compliance with subsection
(e)of section 41411 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12491 ) and monitoring compliance with the confidentiality protections of subsection (c)(4) of such section. . Section 41404(i) of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12474(i) ) is amended by striking 2014 through 2018 and inserting 2022 through 2026 . Section 41405 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12475 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking the Director of the Violence Against Women Office and inserting the Director of the Office on Violence Against Women ; in subsection (c)(2)(D), by inserting after linguistically and culturally specific service providers, the following: population-specific organizations, ; and in subsection (g), by striking 2014 through 2018 and inserting the following: 2022 through 2026 .
