The purposes of this subtitle are the following: Reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the industrial sector. Maximize the energy efficiency and water use efficiency of United States industrial plants. Make industrial facilities more financially viable through energy efficiency improvements that lower energy costs. Create opportunities for energy efficiency manufacturing and installation jobs across the country. Make the United States industrial sector the cleanest in the world.
