Section 124 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 15821 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking type; and inserting type or to replace used appliances with an appliance for similar purposes that is powered by electricity; ; and in subsection (f)— by striking $50,000,000 and inserting $300,000,000 ; and by striking 2006 through 2010 and inserting 2022 through 2031 .
