The Continuing Appropriations Act, 2023 (division A of Public Law 117–180 ) is amended— by striking the date specified in section 106(3) and inserting December 23, 2022 ; by adding after section 157 the following new section: During the period covered by this Act, section 227(a) of the Federal Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2015 ( 6 U.S.C. 1525 ) shall not apply. .
