Subsection
(d)of section 415 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Except as provided in subparagraph (B), in the case of calendar years beginning after December 31, 2030— no adjustment shall be made under paragraph (1), and the dollar amounts as adjusted under such paragraph for calendar year 2030 shall apply. Subparagraph
(A)shall not apply in the case of a plan maintained pursuant to 1 or more collective bargaining agreements. . Paragraph
(17)of section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Except as provided in clause (ii), in the case of calendar years beginning after December 31, 2030— no adjustment shall be made under subparagraph (B), and the dollar amount as adjusted under such subparagraph for calendar year 2030 shall apply.
