Section 4105 of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( 26 U.S.C. 3304 note) is amended by striking March 14, 2021 each place it appears and inserting September 6, 2021 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply as if included in the enactment of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( Public Law 116–127 ).
