The Commission shall— preserve the records and documents of the Commission; and make such records and documents available to the National Archives not later than 120 days following the submission of the Commission's final report. Following the termination of the Commission, the Secretary of the Senate shall be responsible for facilitating access to the publicly available records and documents of the Commission, as if they were Senate records, for researchers, interested parties, and the general public. When conducting any Commission business on electronic accounts, members and staff of the Commission shall use official Commission electronic accounts.
