Section 901 of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 ( 52 U.S.C. 21141 ), as amended by section 1921(b)(1), is amended to read as follows: In this Act, the following definitions apply: The term cybersecurity incident has the meaning given the term incident in section 227 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 148 ). The term election infrastructure has the meaning given such term in section 3601 of the Election Security Act. The term State means each of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. .
The table of contents of such Act is amended by amending the item relating to section 901 to read as follows: Sec. 901. Definitions. .
