The Comptroller General of the United States shall— conduct a study on the effectiveness and efficiency of the grant program under section 304 of the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 14045b ); and submit a report, not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, on the study described in paragraph (1), to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions and the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate and the Committee on Education and Labor and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives.
The Comptroller General of the United States shall— conduct a study on the effectiveness and efficiency of the grants to improve prevention and response to sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking, on campus under section 899 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as added by section 8 of this Act; and submit a report, not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, on the study described in paragraph (1), to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Education and Labor of the House of Representatives.
