Section 107(b) of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5106c(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (4)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: support training by experts in the prevention of child sexual abuse, for teachers and other adults who work with children in a professional or volunteer capacity, to recognize child sexual abuse and exploitation, and report suspected and known incidents of child sexual abuse or neglect in accordance with State law; and ; and in paragraph (5), by inserting before the period and the training described in paragraph (4)(C) .
Section 107(d) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5106c(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking ; and and inserting ; ; in paragraph (2), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: evaluate the State's efforts to implement the training recommendations in each of the categories described in subsection (e). .
