Section 12311 of the Integrated Coastal and Ocean Observation System Act of 2009 ( 33 U.S.C. 3610 ) is amended to read as follows: To fulfill the purposes set forth in section 12302 and to support activities identified in the annual coordinated System budget developed by the Interagency Ocean Observation Committee, there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Commerce— $54,900,000 for fiscal year 2020; $61,600,000 for fiscal year 2021; $68,300,000 for fiscal year 2022; $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; and $81,700,000 for fiscal year 2024. .
