Section 12311 of the Integrated Coastal and Ocean Observation System Act of 2009 ( 33 U.S.C. 3610 ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Commerce to support the integrated oceans observations under this subtitle— $48,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $52,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $54,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; and $56,000,000 for fiscal year 2025. .
