Sec. 205. Study on feasibility and advisability of providing certain complementary and integrative health services

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall complete a study on the feasibility and advisability of providing complementary and integrative health treatments described in subsection
(b)at all facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Complementary and integrative health treatments described in this subsection shall consist of the following: Yoga. Meditation. Acupuncture. Chiropractic care. Other treatments that show sufficient evidence of efficacy at treating mental or physical health conditions, as determined by the Secretary. The Secretary may provide complementary and integrative health treatments under this section at a facility of the Department in person or by telehealth. Not later than 90 days after the completion of the study under subsection (a), the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the House of Representatives a report on such study, including— the results of such study; and such recommendations regarding the furnishing of complementary and integrative health treatments described in subsection
(b)as the Secretary considers appropriate.
