Chapter VI of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 361 et seq.), as amended by section 110, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The Commissioner, in coordination with the Administrator of the Small Business Administration, shall provide technical assistance, such as guidance and expertise, to small businesses regarding compliance with the Personal Care Products Safety Act , including the amendments made by such Act. .
