There is authorized to be appropriated and there is appropriated for each State for each quarter an amount that is equal to 5 percent of the payment to such State for such quarter under section 658J of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858h ) to be used by— the State’s lead agency designated or established under section 635(a)(10) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1435(a)(10) ) to provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities (as defined in section 632 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1432 )) and their families in settings that provide high-quality inclusive care to such children; and the State to provide services and supports to children with disabilities (as defined in section 658P of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858n )) in settings that provide high-quality inclusive care to such children.
