Section 658C of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858a ) is amended to read as follows: The Secretary is authorized to administer a child care program under which families in the State shall be provided an opportunity to obtain child care for eligible children, subject to the requirements of this subchapter. .
