Sec. 631. Centralized website for resiliency grants

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall establish a publicly available website that includes— hyperlinks to all grant programs administered by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and hyperlinks to other Federal agencies that offer similar grant programs to assist States and local communities with resiliency, adaptation, and mitigation of climate change and sea level rise; and with respect to each such grant program, the contact information for an individual who can offer assistance to State, Tribal, and local governments.
The Administrator shall conduct outreach activities to inform State, Tribal, and local governments of the resiliency, adaptation, and mitigation grants.
