Section 1112(c)(1) of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9011(c)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking 6-month and inserting 12-month ; in subparagraph (B), by striking 6-month and inserting 12-month ; and in subparagraph (C)— by striking 6 months and inserting 12 months ; and by striking 6-month and inserting 12-month . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of section 1112 of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9011 ).
