Section 1612(b)(2)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1382a(b)(2)(A) ) shall be applied for calendar year 2020 by substituting $1,476 for $240 . Section 1612(b)(4) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1382a(b)(4) ) shall be applied for calendar year 2020 by substituting 4,788 for $780 each place it appears. Section 1611(a)(3) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1382(a)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, such dollar amount shall be deemed to be $20,000 for calendar year 2020 only. ; and in subparagraph (B), by adding at the end the following:
Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, such dollar amount shall be deemed to be $10,000 for calendar year 2020 only. .
