Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that describes the foreign persons that the President has determined under subsection
(a)of section 10 of the Support for the Sovereignty, Integrity, Democracy, and Economic Stability of Ukraine Act of 2014 ( 22 U.S.C. 8909 ), as added by section 228 of the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act ( Public Law 115–44 ; 131 Stat. 911), have, on or after August 2, 2017, and before the date of the report— materially violated, attempted to violate, conspired to violate, or caused a violation of any license, order, regulation, or prohibition contained in or issued pursuant to any covered Executive order (as defined in subsection
(f)of such section 10), the Support for the Sovereignty, Integrity, Democracy, and Economic Stability of Ukraine Act of 2014 ( 22 U.S.C. 8901 et seq.), or the Ukraine Freedom Support Act of 2014 ( 22 U.S.C. 8921 et seq.); or facilitated a significant transaction or transactions, including deceptive or structured transactions, for or on behalf of— any person subject to sanctions imposed by the United States with respect to the Russian Federation; or any child, spouse, parent, or sibling of an individual described in subparagraph (A). Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees an update to the report required by subsection (a).
