Sec. 624. Report on section 225 of the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act

Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that describes the foreign persons that the President has determined under section 4(b)(1) of the Ukraine Freedom Support Act of 2014 ( 22 U.S.C. 8923(b)(1) ), as amended by section 225 of the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act ( Public Law 115–44 ; 131 Stat. 910), have knowingly, on or after August 2, 2017, and before the date of the report, made a significant investment in a special Russian crude oil project.
Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees an update to the report required by subsection (a).
