The Administrator shall— develop and implement a plan to train any staff responsible for implementing or administering the loan program established under section 7(b)(2) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(b)(2) ) on specific responsibilities with respect to such program; and submit the plan to the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate and the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives.
