Section 4027 of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9063 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The appropriation made under this section shall be reduced, on January 19, 2021, by an amount equal to the difference between $454,000,000,000 and the aggregate amount of loans, loan guarantees, and other investments that the Secretary has made or committed to make under section 4003(b)(4) as of such date. .
