Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are hereby designated as countries of concern for purposes of section 40C of the Arms Export Control Act, as added by section 2 of this Act. The designations under subsection
(a)are based on the following defense articles: GBU–12 Paveway II Laser Guided Bomb. GBU–31/32/38 Joint Direct Attack Munition. MK–82 bomb. White phosphorus munitions,
