There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for the purpose of carrying out this Act— $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $65,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; and $80,000,000 for fiscal year 2025.
