The George C. Marshall Museum and the George C. Marshall Research Library in Lexington, Virginia, are designated as the National George C. Marshall Museum and Library (referred to in this section as the museum) . The museum designated by subsection
(a)is not a unit of the National Park System. The designation of the museum by subsection
(a)shall not require Federal funds to be expended for any purpose related to the museum.
