The Secretary shall offer to convey to the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation of the Utah Department of Natural Resources (referred to in this section as the State ), approximately 6,261 acres of land identified on the Map as the Proposed Goblin Valley State Park Expansion , without consideration, for the management by the State as a State park, consistent with uses allowed under the Act of June 14, 1926 (commonly known as the Recreation and Public Purposes Act ) (44 Stat. 741, chapter 578; 43 U.S.C. 869 et seq.). A conveyance under subsection
(a)shall include a reversionary clause to ensure that management of the land described in that subsection shall revert to the Secretary if the land is no longer being managed as a State park in accordance with subsection (a).
