Section 251(a) of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 ( 7 U.S.C. 1636(a) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(1)and
(2)as subparagraphs
(A)and (B), respectively, and indenting appropriately; in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)(as so redesignated), by striking The Secretary shall make available to the public information and inserting the following: The Secretary shall make available to the public all information ; and by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this section permits the Secretary, or any officer or employee of the Secretary, to withhold from the public the information, statistics, and documents described in paragraph (1). .
