Section 47102(3)(B) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in clause (ix), by striking and after the semicolon; in clause (x), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: equipment, systems and technologies to combat the spread of pathogens. .
