Section 4024 of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9058 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: The term covered dwelling means a dwelling that is occupied by a tenant— pursuant to a residential lease; or without a lease or with a lease terminable under State law. ; by striking paragraphs (2), (4), and (5); by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2); and in paragraph (2)(B), as so redesignated— by striking includes houses and inserting the following: includes— houses ; in clause (i), as so designated, by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: a manufactured home, as defined in section 4022; and a covered recreational vehicle, as defined in section 4022. ; and in subsection (b), by striking 120-day period and inserting 365-day period. .
