Section 6006(b) of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( Public Law 116–127 ; 38 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended by striking or visits described in paragraph
(2)of such section and inserting , visits described in paragraph
(2)of such section, or hospital care or medical services to treat COVID–19 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to hospital care and medical services furnished on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
