Section 104(b) of the Weather Research and Forecasting Innovation Act of 2017 ( 15 U.S.C. 8514(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: evaluating and incorporating, as appropriate, innovative observations, including acoustic or infrasonic measurements. .
