Section 7(a)(36)(E)(ii) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(a)(36)(E)(ii) ) is amended by striking $10,000,000 and inserting $2,000,000 . In this subsection, the terms covered loan and eligible recipient have the meanings given those terms in section 7(a)(36) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(a)(36) ). The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply only with respect to a covered loan applied for by an eligible recipient on or after the date of enactment of this Act.
