The Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2020 (division G of Public Law 116–94 ) is amended in the second proviso under the heading Repatriation Loans Program Account by striking $5,563,619 and inserting in lieu thereof $15,239,477 : , That the amount provided by this section is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
