In this Act: The term CCP means the Chinese Communist Party. The term centrally administered, state-owned enterprise means any company that previously was or currently is— incorporated in the PRC; and supervised and managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the PRC; or an owned or controlled subsidiary of an enterprise meeting the requirements under subparagraph (A). The terms People’s Liberation Army and PLA mean the armed forces of the People’s Republic of China. The terms PRC and China mean the People’s Republic of China.
