In this Act: The term Reclamation State has the meaning given the term in section 4014 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act ( 43 U.S.C. 390b note; Public Law 114–322 ). The term relevant committees of Congress means— the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior.
