Section 903(i)(1)(D) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1103(i)(1)(D) ) is amended by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting the applicable end date described in section 2107(g)(2) of the Relief for Workers Affected by Coronavirus Act (contained in subtitle A of title II of division A of the CARES Act) . Section 2105(e)(2) of the Relief for Workers Affected by Coronavirus Act (contained in subtitle A of title II of division A of the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 )) is amended by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting the applicable end date described in section 2107(g)(2) .
Section 2108(b)(2) of the Relief for Workers Affected by Coronavirus Act (contained in subtitle A of title II of division A of the CARES Act ( Public Law 116–136 )) is amended by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting the applicable end date described in section 2107(g)(2) .
