Section 3512 of division A of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act ( Public Law 116–136 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by striking may and inserting shall ; and in subsection (d), by striking $62,000,000 and inserting such sums as may be necessary . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act ( Public Law 116–136 ).
