Sec. 221. Elementary and secondary education appropriations

There are appropriated to the Secretary of Education, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for fiscal year 2020, $11,000,000,000 for grants to local educational agencies under part A of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6311 et seq.). All terms and conditions that apply to grants under part A of such title shall apply to grants made with funds made available under this subsection. There are appropriated to the Secretary of Education, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for fiscal year 2020, $300,000,000 for the program under part C of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6391 et seq.).
All terms and conditions that apply to the program under part C of such title shall apply with respect to support provided through funds made available under this subsection. There are appropriated to the Secretary of Education, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for fiscal year 2020, $100,000,000 for programs under part D of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6421 et seq.). All terms and conditions that apply to programs under part D of such title shall apply with respect to support provided through funds made available under this subsection.
There are appropriated to the Secretary of Education, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for fiscal year 2020, $1,000,000,000 for programs under part A of title III of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6811 et seq.). All terms and conditions that apply to programs under part A of such title shall apply with respect to support provided through funds made available under this subsection. There are appropriated to the Secretary of Education, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for fiscal year 2020, $500,000,000 for the program under subtitle B of title VII of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 11431 et seq.).
All terms and conditions that apply to the program under subtitle B of such title shall apply with respect to support provided through funds made available under this subsection. Any amount appropriated under this section is in addition to other amounts appropriated or made available for the applicable purpose.
