Not later than 60 days after the date on which the boundary survey is approved under section 3(b), the Secretary shall— publish notice of the approval of the survey in— the Federal Register; and 1 or more local newspapers; and on request, furnish to any landowner a copy of— the survey; and any field notes relating to— the individual parcel of the landowner; or any individual parcel adjacent to the individual parcel of the landowner.
