Section 407 of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 ( 25 U.S.C. 4167 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking Congress and inserting Committee on Indian Affairs and the Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives ; and by adding at the end the following: The report described in subsection

(a)shall be made publicly available, including to recipients. .
