Section 2870 of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 865 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ), is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter III of chapter 169 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 2870. Section 865 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ) is repealed.
