Section 2302e of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the heading, by striking and inserting advanced development ; and development and demonstration in subsection (a)(1), by striking provision of advanced component development, prototype, and inserting development and demonstration . The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 137 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 2302e and inserting the following new item: 2302e. Contract authority for development and demonstration of initial or additional prototype units. .
