Section 356 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 10 U.S.C. 771 note prec.) is amended— by striking subsection (a); by redesignating subsections
(b)and
(c)as subsections
(a)and (b), respectively; and in subsections
(a)and (b), as so redesignated, by striking Commander each place it appears and inserting Director .
