Subtitle B of the National Nuclear Security Administration Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2421 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new section: There is within the Administration a Chief Information Officer, who shall be— appointed by the Administrator; and responsible for the development and implementation of cybersecurity for all facilities of the Administration. .
