Immediately upon the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees the following documentation relating to the Advanced Battle Management System: A list that identifies each program, project, and activity that contributes to the architecture of the Advanced Battle Management System. The final analysis of alternatives for the Advanced Battle Management System. The requirements for the networked data architecture necessary for the Advanced Battle Management System to provide multidomain command and control and battle management capabilities and a development schedule for such architecture.
Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2021 for operations and maintenance for the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, not more than 25 percent may be obligated until the date that is 30 days after the date on which the Secretary of the Air Force submits to the congressional defense committees the documentation required by subsection
(a)and the Vice Chairman of the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs certifies the documentation. In this section, the term Advanced Battle Management System means the Advanced Battle Management System of Systems capability of the Air Force, including each program, project, and activity that contributes to such capability.
