Sec. 937. Applicability to other provisions of law

The authority of the Secretary of Defense with respect to the Air Force or members of the Air Force under any covered provision of law may be exercised by the Secretary with respect to the Space Force or members of the Space Force. The authority of the Secretary of the Air Force with respect to the Air Force or members of the Air Force under any covered provision of law may be exercised with respect to the Space Force or members of the Space Force. A member of the Space Force shall be eligible for any benefit under a covered provision of law that is available to a member of the Air Force under the same terms and conditions as the provision of law applies to members of the Air Force.
In this section, the term covered provision of law means a provision of law other than a provision of title 5, 10, 14, 18, 31, 37, 38, 41, or 51, United States Code.
