Sec. 612. Increase in special and incentive pays for officers in health professions

Subparagraph
(A)of section 335(e)(1) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking $30,000 and inserting $100,000 . Subparagraph
(B)of such section is amended by striking $100,000 and inserting $200,000 . Subparagraph
(C)of such section is amended by striking $75,000 and inserting $150,000 . Subparagraph
(D)of such section is amended— in clause (i), by striking $100,000 and inserting $200,000 ; and in clause (ii), by striking $15,000 and inserting $50,000 . Subparagraph
(E)of such section is amended by striking $6,000 and inserting $15,000 . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on October 1, 2020, and shall apply with respect to special bonus and incentive pays payable under section 335 of title 37, United States Code, pursuant to agreements entered into under that section on or after that date.
